All Lickitty cat trees include free shipping within Australia. Shipping takes approximately 5-10 days depending on your location.

We also offer express shipping options where the fee will be calculated based on your location at checkout.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have up to 90 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We can only accept items that have been unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. Slightly used product(s) are not covered by our return policy and thus, are ineligible for a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return costs are not included.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

All Lickitty Cat trees come with a 1 year warranty for functional defects. If you encounter a functional defect within a year of receiving your product contact us at info@lickitty.com.au. Proof of defect i.e photos and/or videos will be required.

Warranty does not cover general wear and tear. What is considered a functional defect will be subject to Lickitty's discretion and in some circumstances may only result in a partial replacement of the product i.e replacement parts.
