Lickitty cat trees are all made from real wood. We also use a blend of looped cotton fabrics for our boucle covers. Inside our flower platforms are densely layered foam sheets to provide orthopedic support for our cats.

Yes our cat towers are designed to accommodate cats of all sizes. All Lickitty cat trees can support 13kg for each flower platform, and 8kg per leaf hammock.

Yes, multiple cats can use our towers simultaneously. Our flower platforms can support multiple kittens or small cats. Although for regular-sized adult cats, one per platform is recommended to prevent overcrowding, accidents, and conflicts. 

If you have lost hardware or require new parts for your cat tree, please email us so we can help you organise replacements.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link in your email for you to follow.

We currently do not offer any pickup options for our cat towers. If you require your order immediately, we do offer express shipping in our checkout for faster deliveries.
